How to schedule an appointment
We have consultations every business day. Schedule an appointment via the assistant to get a slot in our practice. You can also sign up for a telephone consultation to ask simple questions.

Schedule an appointment with the General Practitioner
If you schedule an appointment with the General Practitioner, the assistant will ask about the reason of your contact. She is trained for that purpose. It is her duty to estimate as well as possible what the nature and urgency of your complaints are and how much is needed for a consult. The assistant is (just like the General Practitioner) obliged to handle your information in a confidential manner.
You can also maintain contact with the physician via the patient portal. You need a login code for that purpose. Ask the assistant for a login code. Our patient portal allows you to ask questions, receive results and view information material.
Do you need more time?
Do you have multiple complaints or questions? Let us know when scheduling the appointment. The assistant will schedule a longer appointment accordingly.
When you are unable to come to the General Practice in Amsterdam-Noord, the General Practitioner can also visit you at home. The assistant evaluates, possibly together with the General Practitioner, whether a home visit will be made. The home visit is not intended for people who do not have time or no means of transport to come to the regular consultation.”
